Dear Friends,
I would like to encourage you to continue to deepen your relationship with Continuum.
Here are some great resources for you to explore of teachers and organizations around the world.

Since meeting Emilie Conrad and for many years now I have immersed myself in the practice and sharing of Continuum.
Emilie always reminded us “Movement is not what we do but who we are”…..and on her next breath: “ Continuum is the most difficult discipline to teach in words”.
And yet…..
Sometimes…we need words to create context and give expression allowing us all to create an entry point into the fluid nature of our beings.
Ali Mezey studied with Emilie at the end of her life and with myself and many other teachers afterwards.
She has created a fantastic podcast with many masters of the body sharing their wisdom and insights.
I had the honor to have a conversation from the heart with Ali and the episode just aired.
Enjoy this heartfelt inquiry into the nature of fluid movement and the teachings of Emilie as I received them.

The book and its offerings can serve as the foundation for daily life, with the body itself as the teacher. Included are suggestions for setting up your space, writing about your experience and more. The beautiful layout features art work by practitioners of Continuum as they resource themselves through their own home practice.
